Gold Torch Entertainment is based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. The label was originally created in 2002 under the name On Point Entertainment. It was started in the CEO's house as just a couple friends messing around with a microphone. Then, Sean C. moved to a new location which led to having more room to add a studio. The group started to get more serious, created the label and started to turn out hits.
Recently the label's name has be changed due to the amount of goups that also claimed the name "On Point". The gold torch in the name and logo is a representation of Indiana in the way that on the stat flag, the major feature is a large gold torch with stars around it. Our logo, the mic with fire, represents this torch with a twist. We are a Hip-Hop and R&B label and are still building up artists. Currently, our premier hip hip artisits are the Hoolagans and G.A., and are lone R&B artist is Josh so keep a look out for all of them. They are all individually lethal at what they do, but when they get together and feature on common songs, as they often do, its pure fire.
Our mission as a Independent record label is to find and promote new local artists and get them out in to the music world. We don't find artists we want to work with very often, showing that we are picky and connect with only people we know can make it worth it. So when you hear a song produced and distributed by GTE you should already now the kind of quality you will be receiving.
Our team works hand in hand with the artists to make sure everything about their music is at the best level it can be. We spend countless hours working directly with our artists to make sure everything keeps moving effectively.
